ダイナミックDNSとは、プロバイダから割り当てられたグローバルアドレスが変更になった際に、新しいアドレスを各DNSサーバに通知するものです。 利用することで、固定IPアドレスの取得をしていなくても、固定のURLを指定することでLAN側にアクセスしたり、サーバ公開が可能になります

SoftBankに持っていったら代替機を貸してくれた。

スパム被害も相当ですが、逆に、OCNから送るとスパム扱いされることも多々ありますね。。。。
